Sampling App is the mobile application dedicated to environmental sampling in the field, designed to support operators in field sampling activities with direct integration into the ProLab.Q LIMS.
The offline functionality allows all sample data, observations, and media attachments to be recorded on-site. Once sampling activities are complete, simply start the upload to automatically sync the app with ProLab.Q, updating the LIMS in real time.
Advantages
Full operability even in offline mode
Operatività completa anche in modalità offline
Sample data recorded directly from mobile device
Automatic synchronization with the ProLab.Q LIMS
Reduced time between environmental sampling and system entry
Key Features of Sampling App
Definition of the control plan and sampling activities
Configuration of sampling activities and related control plans directly in ProLab.Q, ready to be sent to the app. inviati all’app.
Assignment and management of work orders
Work orders for sampling activities are assigned to operators and sent to Sampling App, with details on sample type, collection point, and analytical requirements.
Access to the work order directly from mobile
The operator receives the work order on the app and can view all necessary information before and during environmental sampling.
Offline sampling mode
Sampling App is designed to work even in areas without internet connection: all environmental sample data and attachments are recorded locally and synced once the connection is restored.
Complete on-site sample registration
During sampling, the operator enters sample characteristics, process data, technical observations, and photo or document attachments directly from mobile.
Automatic data upload to ProLab.Q
Once activities are complete, the operator starts synchronization: data is transferred to ProLab.Q and the laboratory sees the update in real time.
Integration with the sample acquisition workflow
Sampling App integrates into ProLab.Q's management process, connecting planning, environmental sampling, data recording, and laboratory analysis into a single digital workflow.
