ProLab.Q's waste vertical separates the analytical activity from the classification activity, assigning each its own independent workflow, signatories, and visibility levels, while maintaining a direct link between analytical results and the classification form.
CAS number / hazard statement associations follow the logic of SNPA Council Resolution No. 105, are populated from the ECHA file, and can be supplemented by the laboratory for parameters lacking a CAS number or with phrases not yet harmonized. For metals, the system calculates the compound concentration stoichiometrically; for hydrocarbons, it manages the distinction between known and unknown origin with the related marker packages according to ISTISAN opinions. Where classification is not unambiguous, precautionary assessments are provided with documented justification.
The final report is configurable and can be produced as a single document integrated with the analytical section.
Simplifies and automates the process of classifying and managing hazardous waste in the laboratory, ensuring regulatory compliance and data traceability.
Monitoring sample quality trends over time, identifying potential non-conformities and corrective actions in a timely manner.
The vertical that performs statistical checks to detect drift or abnormal trends over time, sending alerts in case of non-conformity.
Enables bidirectional communication with instruments, sending sequences and methods and automatically acquiring results into the LIMS.
This vertical allows planning and verification of QA/QC controls on every analytical sequence, with automatic non-conformity detection and generation of supporting documentation.
