It is the module involved in Research and Development, through the configuration of an ad hoc project “model” based on the customer’s needs (modularity, flexibility and integration).
What it manages:
- purpose of the project (e.g. development of new products, evolution / restyling of existing products, analysis of competing products)
- allocated resources (personnel, equipment, economic budget), access / visibility of data, logs, statistics and project times
- control plans with variable analytical profiles by line, lot, product, market, supplier, customer
- integration with ERP / WM systems for the acquisition of information relating to existing product batches

It is the module that collects the descriptive data of a product (semi-finished, or finished product or even raw material) in all the main details.

It is the module that incorporates a system of progressive calculation of the costs of the wines, determined from time to time on customizable parameters.
What it manages:
- determination of a cumulative cost for each production phase which is propagated on subsequent operations up to the cost of the final product
- possibility of exchanging data with external software
- statistical extractions and sets of prints
It is the module that manages the calibration and maintenance of the equipment system with the possibility of tracking off-site machinery.
It extends the possibilities given by the management of the schedule of activities for the calibration and maintenance of Prolab.Q
What it manages:
- planning, validation and deadline of activities related to equipment on a calendar, with the ability to view the entire workload, alerts and operator log
- traceability of equipment sent for maintenance by third party companies and then returned.
- archiving of activities on database (calibration of each equipment, automatic archive of those not in effect)
- tracking of the time taken to complete the process
- interventions by external maintenance teams
- orders to supplier

It is the specific module for the management of product control plans or processing phases in production environments.
What it manages:
- automatic generation of control samples applicable to the following types of products: raw materials, semi-finished products, storage, finished products
- automatic determination of the inspection and sampling plan
- control plans with variable analytical profiles by line, lot, product, market, supplier, customer
- control plans by frequency or time intervals
- HACCP controls
- shelf-life management and sensory analysis
- environmental and technological controls
It is the module that, through a set of tools and tables, allows you monitoring the progress of production, collecting the data generated along the supply chain. It is applicable both when the ERP / MES is partially integrated into the supply chain, and when it is completely absent.
What it manages:
- dashboards for the collection of data deriving from production which, by integrating plant data, generate real sound alarms in case of anomalies
- the collection of plant data, their normalization and contextualization (Production in Progress, Online, etc.) thanks to the data coming from the ERP or directly from our Vertical Production Cards.
- data acquisition according to an agreed time frequency (e.g. every 1/2 hours) by reading from the PLC / Scada supervisor exchange database.
- sending data to Business Intelligence engines
- generation, directly from Prolab.Q, of documents ready for printing or for sending email
